Oct. 22--Homecoming at the University of Arizona has gotten Prom Dresses in the past two years as the numbers of alcohol-related incidents jumped.Campus police responded to 31 reports of alcohol violations -- mostly underage drinking and drinking in the stadium -- during a busy homecoming weekend last year.Here are three ways the drinking culture is changing.
